Towards the beginning of this year, my wife came to me and said that we really needed to plan a family vacation. She reminded me that our kids won’t be young forever, and that it’s important to spend as much time together as a family while they are still children. I completely agreed, so once we were done talking, I went upstairs and got on our computer. I browsed through the vacation offers on a handful of websites, and as I was looking at everything that was available, I came across a vacation package for New Orleans with a really low price tag. I checked out the details of the package, and found out that it had everything we would need for a trip to New Orleans.

I showed the package to my wife, and she agreed that it looked like a great deal. I booked the package that night, and surprised my kids with the good news the next morning. They were extremely excited, and quite glad that they only had to wait a few weeks to take the trip.

We had a really good time in New Orleans, and I am going to do my best to make sure that we take as many family trips in the future as possible.
